During the course,
an expert in the field of career development guides the trainees in the following areas:
CV/resumé writing
Trainees learn how to prepare a summary of their educational background, employment history and general knowledge and experience and how to adapt this to specific job requirements.
Guidance also looks at how to choose schools and their locations.
Interview strategies and techniques
Trainees are given step-by-step guidance on the interview process starting from pre-interview preparation, tips on attire, body language, and successful presentation techniques,
and ending with post-interview analysis and troubleshooting in order to secure the job desired.
Individual Career Counseling
Trainees have a one to one session with a career guidance counselor to make any
additional or specific inquiries and to review their CV/résumé. |
