Director

Bob Ratto is one of the founders of Byron. He comes from Reading (GB) and has taught English since 1984. He is specialized in Human Resources and in Cross Cultural Communication. He helps companies with personnel selection procedures and executive coaching. Bob is also the President of QFG.

Marketing Director

Jayne Chivers, from Oxford, has taught English since 1983 and co-founded Byron with Bob Ratto. Jayne manages marketing for the school nationally. She is specialised in Managerial Competencies Analysis and is a member of the QFG Marketing Committee.

Director of Company Courses

With over 25 years experience in teaching, Lesley Clay has been at Byron for many years. Originally from Sydney, Lesley is a key member of the team being in charge of organising and managing our company courses.

Translations and Interpreting

Silvia Cagliarelli is from Rome and has a degree in Languages and Literature. She has been with Byron for over three years and is responsible for translations and interpreting.

Annarita Triarico

Laureata in Lingue e Letterature Straniere Moderne, è esperta in Comunicazione Aziendale ed è responsabile della gestione della comunicazione interna alla Byron.
