Methodology
Our methodology is founded on the close collaboration with the client and the building of a
relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
For this reason the starting point for all of our courses is an in-depth interview with
the student in which the aim is to discover his or her personal needs and establish the objectives to be achieved.
From this information we set out a detailed course plan, indicating the type of course
(general, professional, blended, mixed, etc.) and the duration and intensity of study. |

Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on the belief that by providing the best possible service
for the client a positive learning environment will result.
With this in mind we are
constantly updating and improving our administration procedures so that our courses
run as smoothly as possible.
We endeavour to improve our teaching programmes through
a series of in-house training sessions for our teachers to make sure they are up to
date with new materials and developments.
